Frequently Asked Questions

  • We offer 2 and 3 hour private voyages. Our communal voyage is 2 hours. However, if you would like to book for longer or rent our saunas for your private event email us to discuss.

  • One of our licensed captains will meet you at the dock and drive you for your session.

  • We’ll slowly make our way out of the inner harbour and head out towards Clover point or Saxe point. If the wind is higher we may take our trip up the gorge where the water is more protected.

  • Weather permitting, your captain will let you know if conditions are right to take a dip. If not, we will have cold plunge tubs on board to cool off.

  • We do have a wind policy. Our boats can’t drive if it's over 10 knots or a small craft advisory is out, however you will be given the option to do a moored sauna session at our dock at a discounted rate or we will happily rebook you for the full experience at a later date.

  • Tipping is never required, but it’s always appreciated. If you feel your captain went above and beyond to make your experience enjoyable, a tip is a great way to show your appreciation. While the amount is entirely up to you, a common guideline is 10-15%. Cash or e-transfers are accepted.

  • Cancellations made 10 or more days before the booking start time will receive 70% refund.

  • Bathing suit, 2 towels and a water bottle is recommended. Option to bring a bath robe, sandals and any other items to make you comfortable out on the water.

  • You are allowed to bring snacks and beverages. We do ask you to avoid snacks that make crumbs, or anything that could stain our wood (greasy foods & berries).

  • Not to worry, we have a chilling room that is out of the elements and also out of the heat.

  • Yes, we have a rooftop for relaxing with plenty of space to lounge outside.

  • We offer two different experiences: a private session for 12 people that is booked for one group only OR a community session with 12 people where you will be matched with other people or groups for a more social experience.

  • Our voyages are open to guests ages 16+, provided a parent or legal guardian is present and has signed a waiver for the child. No pets allowed including service animals - please leave your fur babies at home.
